Phil and Lee McAlmond, the founders of ABMI, currently live in Minnesota.

Phil and Lee, have been active in the ministry since the 1970’s. Phil began his ministry experience, with his wonderful wife Lee at his side, as a Youth Pastor (and District Youth Coordinator) and then as a Pioneer Pastor. A decade later, he became actively involved in seeking to bring Revitalization individually, corporately, cross denomination-ally, across the USA and across the sea.

His burden and love for the Lord, His People and the Church, led him into a ministry of Counseling. Then the Lord added Church Planting and Restarting Churches. In 1980 the Lord added a deeply personal Prophetic Ministry. Beginning in 1983 Phil and his wife Lee took on their first, of what would be many, churches that were in need of Revitalization. Inner, Personal and Relational Healing has always been and remains a vital part of his prophetic ministry and work with individuals, churches and ministries, etc.

Revitalize

To Re-enliven, Re-strengthen and Renew all that the Lord Jesus Christ has Begun, Purposed and Given, that Christ Jesus might be Fully Formed in us.

Release

To Release His People to go forth in His Fullness, in absolute Dependency upon the Lord Jesus Christ, Becoming all that He is and has Purposed in the earth and beyond, thus freely giving away all that Christ Jesus has Formed in us.

A B M I is a prophetic ministry that is committed to bringing forth an increasing revelation of Christ in us the hope of Glory (Col 1:27) that Christ through us would be authentically revealed in Glory.

This means that we are called to bring forth a ministry that seeks to see Christ fully formed in the heart and soul of every single believer in Christ Jesus (Gal 4:19).

We believe that our part in this process is to see the Lord Jesus manifest a dimension of His prophetic ministry that then facilitates the reality of Christ becoming fully formed in the hearts and lives of believers, leadership and the church as a whole. Revitalization goes part and parcel with this call.

As leadership goes so goes the church and ministry over time, where there is teachable and hungry soil. So, where there is healthy and godly leadership in place, a healthy and godly ministry can then follow, over time and process in and by the Lord Jesus Christ.
